    Great service from both Kelly and Erica each time I called. Great product knowledge and helpful friendly service. I would highly recommend the Genelite team if you are looking for a generator, the team will give good advice to ensure you get the right generator for you particular needs.     The Team at Genelite were so helpful in both advice, tech help and order processing. They kept me advised of the progress all the way and nothing was a problem for them. One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time !

    I Brought both a new generator $9000.00and a auto start system $800.00 BOTH have never worked properly from day one and have cost me $1000.00s of my dollars in solving first the generator not being able to hold prime and an auto mechanic i paid to solve there solenoid failure as they sent me 3 faulty valves and it was my auto mechanic that solved it and let them no of the problem ( at my cost) did i get any compensation NO. I have filled all the correct forms and have heard nothing FROM DREW .Now the auto system that was sent back and we have received not new but a fixed one does not go either after paying electricians to install the it . MORE of my $$ gone .

    I had a dilemma and needed sorting.i am in Perth and needed a generator sent ASAP from Eastern states
    I had the pleasure of dealing with Erica
    She had the best customer service skills I have ever experienced .sorted problem In 5 minutes and kept me in the loop as far as time and eta of my gen set.
